What is Building Better Caregivers?

BBC is a 6-week online workshop proven to help caregivers improve their caregiving skills, physical and mental health and overall well-being.

If you are caring for someone with dementia, or any other ongoing health condition, BBC is for you.

Join a Workshop of 25-30 Caregivers

Spend up to two hours on your own time getting the support you need. Visit weekly lessons, try new tools, learn about caregiving and set goals.

Connect with Your Peers

Give and receive support 24/7. Seek guidance from trained leaders who are also caregivers. Celebrate your wins with other caregivers who understand.

Ongoing support After the Workshop Ends

Join the BBC alumni community for ongoing support from other BBC caregivers to strengthen habits you learned in the workshop.
